Our aim is to provide an end-to-end experience for Bunnings’ customers, allowing them to select a product in-store and then get that product installed quickly and easily. We want to connect you with these customers who are ready to get their job done.
- Fixed price install jobs mean no haggling over quotes.
- All fixed price installs are Maximum 1 accept meaning we only connect one tradie to each customer. If you claim a job, it’s yours.
- Each install job will have a set of constraints and conditions so you know exactly what is included.
- If a job requires more work than expected, you’re permitted to request additional charges *
- hipages will pay you directly to your bank account for all installs completed

How does the Bunnings Tradie Installation Program work?
Essentially, when customers go into a Bunnings store to buy a product such as toilet or sink mixer they will be also be able to request and pay for it to be installed. hipages then connects these customers to tradies in the Bunnings Tradie Installation Program in order to get the job completed.
What is Bunnings' relationship with hipages?
Bunnings has partnered with hipages to provide Bunnings' customers with the ability to organise and pay for installation jobs in-store.

How do fixed-price jobs work?
Fixed-price jobs are purchased in-store whilst the customer is purchasing the product to be installed. In these jobs we have decided what is included and what is not included hence why we’re able to offer a fixed price. For this type of job we will only connect the customer to one tradie and hipages will pay you directly not the customer.
How can you fix the price of jobs?
We conduct research to help us understand what products are suitable for a fixed price and which ones are not. For each fixed-price product we will have a list of inclusions for a standard job and a list of services that are not part of a standard job. If you accept a fixed-price job but discover some excluded services are required you are allowed to charge the customer provided you call hipages first.
You must ALWAYS call hipages first if you think additional charges may be required.
How do I get paid?
hipages will pay you directly within 28 days of the customer marking the job complete. You will need to supply your bank details to hipages so we can pay you directly.
How does invoicing work?
To make it easier, we will manage the invoicing for you. If you’re GST registered, hipages will generate an Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) on your behalf. If you are not GST registered, hipages will generate a simple statement showing the transfer of funds to your account. You are not to invoice hipages or the customer.
Do I need to be registered for GST?
No. If you are not registered for GST then hipages will retain the GST component of any remittances and pay this directly to the ATO. If you are GST registered then the full cost of any installs you complete will be remitted to you.
Do I need to be Police checked?
hipages will conduct a police check on the hipages account holder. If you use sub-contractors or employees to complete any in-home work as part of this program, it is your responsibility to ensure they all hold current police checks.
